Position Overview
Inflatable Boats of Florida is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to transport and deliver inflatable boats, rigid inflatable boats (RIBs), yacht tenders, outboard motors, and related marine equipment throughout Florida. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their purchases safely, on time, and in excellent condition while representing the company with professionalism and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport boats, trailers, outboard motors, and marine equipment to customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load, secure, and unload inventory while following all safety procedures.
- Conduct customer handoffs and obtain delivery confirmations.
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate status updates with the operations team.
- Assist with inventory transfers between company locations.
- Ensure delivery vehicles and trailers are clean and properly maintained.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every delivery.
- Report any vehicle, trailer, or equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing trailers preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy marine equipment when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in the boating or marine industry is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb in and around boats and trailers.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
