Douglas and his specialized team are authorities on liferaft certification and maintenance, adhering strictly to U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) mandates.
Beyond his managerial role in safety compliance, Douglas embodies the definition of a Master Technician. His comprehensive skill set extends across IBOF’s entire operational footprint; he is equally adept at rigging, repairing, and custom-building new vessels as he is in supporting the sales process and personally handling final delivery to clients.
