Antoinette Phipps is a respected leader in the global marine industry, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience to Inflatable Boats of Florida (IBOF). Her career began in 1999, where she developed a deep operational understanding of the boating sector that continues to inform her strategic leadership today. Over the years, she has built enduring, trust-based relationships throughout the highly competitive South Florida marine market.

As Vice President of Sales, Antoinette oversees IBOF’s strategic growth, manufacturer partnerships, and market positioning. Under her leadership, IBOF has strengthened its status as a premier authorized dealer for many of the world’s leading inflatable and RIB manufacturers, including AB Inflatables, Zodiac, Walker Bay, Ranieri International, Highfield Boats, Zodiac MilPro, and Achilles. She has also played a key role in expanding relationships with major outboard engine brands such as Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, and Tohatsu.

Her sales leadership supports one of the largest inflatable boat inventories in North America, encompassing new and pre-owned RIBs, yacht tenders, outboards, and a comprehensive selection of OEM parts and marine accessories. IBOF consistently delivers high-volume annual sales, reinforcing its reputation as a dominant force within the largest marine market in the United States.

Antoinette’s strategic approach balances premium product positioning with practical customer guidance. From luxury yacht tender clients to first-time boat owners, she ensures every customer receives detailed attention, transparent communication, and fair market value. Her precision in rigging oversight, product specification, and customer alignment has been instrumental in maintaining IBOF’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Since formally partnering with Nathan in 2020, Antoinette has helped accelerate the company’s expansion while preserving its foundational values of integrity, expertise, and service excellence. Operating from South Florida, she continues to guide IBOF’s growth as a trusted authority in inflatable boats, rigid inflatable boats, yacht tenders, and professional marine solutions.
